
WALKIE-TALKIE SESSIONS
Fresh air, gentle movement, and friendly conversation with one-on-one accompanies "walkie-talkie" sessions.
Each guided walk provides a relaxed, welcoming way to support your wellbeing while enjoying a beautiful outdoor setting.


HOW IT WORKS
We meet at our chosen location (see below), and walk at a pace that works for you for 60 minutes. Delightful light company, you can talk, or walk in comfortable silence, sit down when needed, climb trees, play catch/frisbee, bring your dog (or cat!). Need a listening ear or to work through an issue with proper coaching - you got it.
I aim to choose routes based on your physical ability, we can start with or stop for tea. It's light, it's fun, it's casual.
New customers must have 10 minute video call to assess suitability.
