Drawing on my extensive movement repertoire that includes yoga, dance, parkour and circus, my classes are a creative blend of yoga, intuitive movement, and playful exploration—designed to reconnect you with your body, shake off stress, and awaken joy.

Specialities are creative vinyasa to keep your mind focused and body free, handstands & inversions, and blissful restorative/yin to soothe your soul.

Whether you’re a seasoned mover or just starting out, I create a space that’s fun, down-to-earth, and empowering. My approach is less about perfect alignment (except if it's handstands, then it's prefect alignment only!) and more about the feels — free, expressive, satisfyingly challenging and generally delicious.

You’ll stretch, roll, breathe, probably laugh a little—and leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and alive.

Occasional Saturdays 9-10.15am Dynamic Flow at The Life Centre, Notting Hill

Sundays 11.30-12.45 Inversions at HOME, Primrose Hill

Sundays 6-7pm Yin at Yogarise, Queens Park
