      The Boring Stuff

      All coaching sessions take place online unless otherwise agreed. 

      ​

      WhatsApp support between sessions — available for brief messages and check-ins between sessions (up to 2 brief conversations per week); longer or more in-depth topics will be explored during your next coaching session.

      ​

      Prior to commencing you will receive a coaching agreement to sign and return. 

      ​​

      All sessions must be redeemed within the time frame stated on the package. 

       

      Package valid from date of purchase.  

       

      Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

      ​

      ​Cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur the full charge, unless rearranged within the same week (subject to availability).

      ​

      Refunds are not available.
