FlowMotion is like yoga but fun. We playfully combine different movement disciplines for a creative flow experience that will get you out of your head and into your body. Inspired by yoga, dance, gymnastics, parkour and osteopathy, FlowMotion will move you in mysterious (and familiar) ways.

FlowMotion is informed by Osteopathy for a safe practice. We believe in the importance of variety and tweaking traditional yoga poses to help you develop a robust and adaptable body.
FlowMotion encourages you to be your own teacher and explore movement YOUR way. The emphasis is on the movement, rather than trying to adhere to ancient, externally constructed rules. There are so many cool and fun ways of moving that I want you to experience. The focus is to move, and enjoy moving, rather than conform to a particular way of moving. You're encouraged to enjoy the movement and loving being active and challenged and inspired to try new movements and develop your movement skills.
FlowMotion aims to challenge and develop both brain and body through variety and mixing disciplines. There's enough consistency to allow you to master the movements.
If you get bored of doing the same stuff again and again, love developing new skills, feeling a sense of achievement, you will love FlowMotion. If you can laugh at yourself along the way even better.
